Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta (March 28 1986). Pop singer. Lady Gaga. She was born in Manhattan New York United States. Her mother was Cynthia Louise Bissett vice president of the mobile operator Verizon. Joseph Anthony Germanotta Jr., a businessman and director of an Internet network company was her father. She was raised in the prestigious Upper East Side of Manhattan in an elitist Catholic family. Because of this, her parents enrolled the Convent of the Sacred Heart which is a revered religious institution. She was very fond of music as an infant. She learned how to play the piano, and at thirteen she wrote her first tune. She's performed at a variety of open mics. She was a big fan of Queen Michael Jackson Madonna as well as David Bowie. After high school, she enrolled at New York University's Tisch School of Art to study music. But, she didn't finish her education. Instead, she started her career in music.
